Q

Why invasion

A

Travelling has been the best experiences of my life, - ive been luck enough to go on a study abroad, travel SE Asia, and work in American summer camp - I’v make amazing friends, see amazing things, appreciate different perspectives and grow as a person . From a wider perspective, i think that experiences in new cultures creates a society that champions difference and diversity, which is something im really interested in. > obviously Invasions core service is providing people with amazing new experinces

Invasion experiment and seem to have a real anything is possible attitude, which i admire and strive for in myself
Further, the office culture seems amazing, I want a job where i can ‘bring my whole self to work’, it is apparent that I can do that here, where i can be myself etc.

Negotiating

A

Planning and preparation: How have you gathered data to build your case for a successful negotiation? How did you define your objectives and those of other involved parties?
Speaking students, looking course guidelines, etc.
Collect opinions, spoke to funding manager,

Opening discussion: How did you build rapport and establish a positive tone for a negotiation?
Translating how the student said it, making it impersonal, drawing tone from previous meetings
Strong, relationship building with both

Bargaining phase: How did you present your argument and respond to objections or requests for concessions?

Asked for the lecturer to be changed, not possible, so provided more evidence, of students, negotiated that an investigation should be taken place

Included it but not massively in the report, but was able to put it in the appendices keeping both sides happy

Closing phase: How did you and the other parties seal your agreement? Which of your objectives did you achieve? What concessions did you make?1
result was then that exam was changed and more guiadnace was given, allowing for sutdents to have a fairer shot
