what is the definition for physiological needs?
basic requirements for human survival
eg. food, water and shelter
when are needs not met physiologically?
when employees are underemployed

safety and security definition

social needs definition
having strong workplace relationships and feeling belonging in the organisation.
self-esteem needs definition
recognition of performance, sense of pride and feeling valued, important and respected.
