A state of cleansing to remove the effects of sin, to help a person accept the full presence of God
Particular Judgement
The time when a person is judged by God after they die, and has to accept the responsibility for their actions when alive

Sometimes called the last judgement, when christ comes at the end of time and the whole of creation is judged

The church believes that Jesus will come again at the end of time to judge the living and the dead

Are the prayers and blessing that take place when a person is approaching death. Include anointing of the sick, confession, communion and commendation of the dying

When a seriously ill person is nearing death, this sacrament is given. ‘The prayer of faith will save the sick’
