Biological Perspective
The study of the physical bases of human and other behavior including nervous, endocrine, immune system’s, and genetics

Psychodynamic Perspective
shows the importance of unconscious influences, early life experiences, and interpersonal relationships and explaining the underlying dynamics of behavior
Behavioral Perspective
The study of how behavior is acquired or modified by environmental causes/consequences

Humanistic Perspective
focuses on the motivation of people to grow psychologically, the influence of interpersonal relationships on a persons self-concept, and the importance of choice and self direction

focused I am the important role of mental processes and help people process and remember information (how people react)
Cross-Cultural Perspective
studying the diversity of human behavior in different cultural settings and countries
Evolutionary Perspective
refers to the application of the principles of evolution to explain psychological processes
the theory of evolution proposes that individual members had to compete for survival
