A

NAACP brought a case to desegregate Montgomery buses.1 February 1956 there lawyers filed Browder vs Gayle against bus segregation.They argued it sent against the 14th Amendment.5 June 1956 Supreme Court ordered segregation on buses was unconstitutional.
