Galcanezumab (emgality)
A
Humanised monoclonal antibody against calcitonin-gene-related-peptide. Used for treatment of migraine and cluster headache. Side effects include vertigo, constipation, rash/itch.
Taken as 120mg SC injection monthly, double dose to start.
