A
Calcium channel blocker. Effective prophylaxis for cluster headaches. Risk of heart block, bradycardia, hypotension, ankle swelling so should have ECG prior to starting treatment and with dose increases. Start at 80 mg TDS and go up weekly, max dose 960mg daily.
