Dómine, ne in furóre tuo árguas me, * neque in ira tua corrípias me.
Lord, aruge (accuse) me not in thy indignation, * nor rip (chastise) me in thy wrath.
quóniam conturbáta sunt ossa mea.
for with-turbulence (dis-turbed) are my bones.

Et ánima mea turbáta est valde: * sed tu, Dómine, úsquequo?
and my soul turbulent is very….but you, lord, how long
valde = very
sed = but
Quóniam non est in morte qui memor sit tui:
b/c none is in death who is mindful of thee
quoniam = because
in inférno autem quis confitébitur tibi?
but in hell who shall confess to thee?
autem = but
confitebitur = confiteor!
Laborávi in gémitu meo
I have laboured in my groanings,
gemitu = gementes et flentes (mourning and weeping)
lavábo per síngulas noctes lectum meum: * lácrimis meis stratum meum rigábo.
i wash thru singular nights my bed….my tears my bed do ir-rigate
lectum = place where i lecture myself in my mind = bed
stratum = strata or beds of the earth
Turbátus est a furóre óculus meus: * inveterávi inter omnes inimícos meos.
turbid with fury is my eye….i am into-a-veteran (grown old) among all my enemies.
Discédite a me…* quóniam exaudívit Dóminus vocem fletus mei.
un-cede (like cede from the union) from me….b/c he has listened, the Lord, voice weeping mine.
fletus = think flee-ing while crying!!!!
discedite = recession, succession etc.
7:2 Dómine, Deus meus, in te sperávi: * salvum me fac ex ómnibus persequéntibus me, et líbera me.
Lord, my God, in you I hope. salvation for me make from all that persecute me, and liberate me
7:3 Nequándo rápiat ut leo ánimam meam, * dum non est qui rédimat, neque qui salvum fáciat.
So that at no time will he rape, as a lion, my soul. while none is there one who redeems, nor one who salvation makes.
ut = short sicut!
7:4 Dómine, Deus meus, si feci istud, * si est iníquitas in mánibus meis:
Lord, my God, if I have made/done this thing….if there is iniquity in my hands….
7:5 Si réddidi retribuéntibus mihi mala, * décidam mérito ab inimícis meis inánis.
If I have rendered them that made retributions to mi evil…decide my merit from my enemies be empty.
7:6 Persequátur inimícus ánimam meam, et comprehéndat, et concúlcet in terra vitam meam, * et glóriam meam in púlverem dedúcat.
(if i have iniquity) persecuted, by enemies, my soul…and comprehend it, and tread into the ground this life of mine………and my glory into dust deduce.
dust = that which is PULVERIZED
7:7 Exsúrge, Dómine, in ira tua: * et exaltáre in fínibus inimicórum meórum.
Surge, Lord , in your ire…and be exalted in the borders of my enemies.
