examples

A

Sulfur (S8)
The average atomic mass of sulfur is 32.07, so multiplying that by 8 gives a molar mass of 256.56 g/mo

Q

To find moles

A

mass/ molar mass
eg find molar mass of 16g of oxygen gas
16/16 x 2
= 16/32 + 0.5
