Module 9 - DSDM Practice - MoSCoW Prioritisation Flashcards
What is MoSCoW?
It is a prioritisation technique for helping to understand and manage priorities. The letters stand for must have, should have, could have, wont have this time
What are the Must Have requirements for MoSCow?
Must have requirements provide the minimum usable subset or must of requirements which the project guarantees to deliver
What are the Should Have requirements for MoSCoW?
Should have requirements are defined as important but not vital. It may be painful to leave them out, but the solution should still be viable without them
What are the Could Have requirements for MoSCoW?
Could have requirements are defined as wanted or desirable but less important. They have less impact if left out the project
What are the Wont Have requirements for MoSCoW?
Wont have requirements are those considered and recorded in the priorities requirements list
What are the levels or prioritisation?
- MoSCoW for the Project
