legacy and donation are executed in accordance w/ sections 3 & 4 of what RA
RA 7170 (Organ Donation Act of 1991)
for individuals 15-17yrs of age, consent from parent/guardian
is no longer required
any person aged below 15 who is pregnant or engaged in high-risk behavior needs
assistance of social worker or health worker
consent to voluntary testing shall be obtained from the child’s parent/ legal guardian if the person is
below 15yrs or mentally incapacitated
refers to HIV testing imposed upon an individual
characterized by lack of consent, use of force or intimidation, the use of testing as a prerequisite for employment or other purposes, and other circumstances when
informed choice is absent
compulsory testing

when it is necessary to test a person who is charged with any of offenses under
Revised Penal Code
