Pay off war debts (Assumption of debt)

Hamilton had the nations capital moved to the bank of Potomac (Present day Washington D.C.)
Why was the Bank of the United States so hotly debated?
Many people (Southerners, Thomas Jefferson) wanted America to Remain Farmers. Also believed it was unconstitutional

The Law that allows the Constitution to be FLEXIBLE

Yes
Why did farmers rebel during the Whiskey Rebellion?
An unpopular tax on whiskey caused protest and eventually rebellion
What were the results of the Whiskey Rebellion?
George Washington assembled the army to stop the rebellion. Shows the power of the National Gov’t.
What did the United States do during the war between Britain and France?
The U.S. stayed neutral.
