resources, or abilities of someone or something
Strain

extreme behavior
✓showing extreme urgency or intensity especially
because of great need or desire
✓loss of hope
Desperation
✓inner striving, unrest, or imbalance often with
physiological indication of emotion
✓a feeling of nervousness before an important or difficult
event
Tension
✓ a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility
Anger
✓sudden extreme anxiety and fear that may cause
irrational thoughts or actions
✓it may include rapid heart rate, flushing ( a hot, red
face ), sweating, and trouble breathing
Panic
✓the feeling of unhappy, disappointed, or without hope
✓sad and depressed state

Other MAJOR CAUSES OF STRESS are
- problems with drug and alcohol abuse,
- domestic violence,
- care of children and elderly relatives,
- chronic mental illness,
- injury,
- physical handicaps,
- moving to a new home, if you’ve lived in the same place
for more than 10 years.
