Regulatory/Controlled
Communication between two or more people. The interaction depends on the time, place and roles or relationship of the participating individual.
Social Interaction
Deals with stimulating an individual or group of people to do a target goal:
Puts Human Resources into action
It improves the level of efficiency of employees
It leads to achievement of organizational goals
It builds friendly relationship
It leads to stability of workforce
Motivation
Impart facts and needed knowledge
By definition, it is the details provided or learned about something or someone.
Information
Prompts that listeners and speakers say to show to expect a response or reaction. Can be verbal an non-verbal
Cues
Used in giving instruction, asking questions or delivering a speech since they are articulated in words. Includes the type of question, who initiated the language and what type of language is used.
Verbal Cues
Non-Verbal cues are usually louder than verbal expression. The use of facial expression, gestures, and body stance are very distinct.
Emotional Expression
Clearly articulated statements of instructions. Used to make very clear that the listener is expected to do or say something in response.
Direct cues
Less obvious about what is expected and might come in the form of question.
Indirect Cues
Non-verbal behavior or objects to which meaning is assigned. The intentional assignment of meaning by a sender, receiver or social group to a non-verbal behavior or objects.
Non-verbal Cues
Often intended as signs of written texts or literature. Performed and verbally transmitted using arts and language to showcase cultural information and values.

Usually a short saying, popularized by a society or particular group in a society that expresses a truth, offers a guide to good conduct and warns against foolish acts.
Proverb
Can be done to achieve political power, economic reward and cooperation, religious satisfaction, describe nature, love and other powerful forces on earth
Poetry
Characterized by the highest degree of musicality and of other aspects of performance. Lyrics and notes become meaningful when they are sung.
Song
A question in a form of statement or even a one-word hint for the brainteaser to be identified by the listeners. It is comically performed at a play in an entertaining atmosphere.
Riddle
A story delivered by an orator or performer. An oral prose can be in the form of a myth (story of Gods and Goddesses), legend (story of renowned figures in history of a people), fable (story lead by animals), and fantasy (story of supernatural beings).
Oral Narrative
A performance with the combination of one or more types of oral texts. Usually the interaction of song and oral narrative, like a musical presentation, is the best example of this.
