- Excellent Customer Service On Tills

- Good Years Of Experience
- Good Support Team with Managers and Supervisors
- Friendly - gets on well with everyone
If any, what would be your weakness?
I sometimes worry about not doing well enough but this can be improved by improving my confidence daily.
What Opportunites can you get from this role?
- Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship - this helps give me more experience and knowledge for the future.
- Different roles - for example, I am interested in VM.
What would be an example of a threat for you when working?
One example of a threat for myself would be that the store is very busy due to the seasonal period, so I may be put on a department for some time which means I miss out on other opportunities.
What are your Targets?
- Serving over 160 customers an hour
- To be fast & efficient on the tills
- Giving excellent customer service every time
