During this stage, participants are aware of disagreement. The parties to a disagreement are well aware of it.

This is the stage during which one or more parties endure tension and anxiety.
Parties involved become aware of the disagreement.
felt
The stage at which differences become visible.
It is the stage at which individuals involved in conflict demonstrate behaviors that elicit responses from one another.
Manifest
This is the stage at which the outcome of the conflict can be determined, whether resolution or dissolution.
