Being still for too long can slow down your blood flow, which might cause blood clots

your breathing might not be deep enough, and your lungs might not fully expand. This makes you more likely to get lung infections like pneumonia.

all about how much you can move a specific body part, like your arm, leg, or even your neck
What is Active Range of Motion
when you move your joints by yourself using your own
