A

A brief of evidence is a bundle of documents that contains administrative paperwork and evidence (inculpatory and exculpatory) collected during the investigation that you intend to present to the court.
The purpose is to provide the defence with all the evidence that is intended to be present to the court. This ensures fairness and compliance with our obligation to disclose all inculpatory and exculpatory evidence
