Stop-motion animation takes objects and adjusts them frame by frame to simulate motion and emotion. Some subgenres are claymation and puppy animation.

This is a form of stop-motion animation, except the subjects to use are built specifically out of clay.

This is where shapes are cut out and placed on top of one another to make figures and settings, all used to tell a story.
