placing high emphasis on leaders of the success of a project when a multitude of factors could have lead to the success
why does failure of leadership occur?
occurs at a frequent rate because employees do not trust their leaders, job dissatisfaction and disengagement of employees

Why is EBM hard to believe?
Obsolete knowledge: managers more inclined to follow their own knowledge than research
Specialist skills: focuses on implementing things that prioritize one’s specialist skills
