According to Cameron and Quinn, there are four types of culture. What are they?
Clan, Adhocracy, Market and Hierarchy
type of culture that values collaboration where people openly share like a family or group of friends (Organizational Culture Model)
Clan
type of culture that is entrepreneurial where people take risks and are innovators. The leader is entrepreneurial and visionary (Organizational Culture Model)
Adhocracy
type of culture that is results-oriented, competitive, and driven (Organizational Culture Model)
Market
type of culture that is formal, structure and stable; built on rules, procedures and policies (Organizational Culture Model)
Hierarchy
model that focuses on the transition of change
Bridges model
small modification to routine business processes
little change
constant incremental changes to products and services or business processes
continuous improvement
use of ecosystems and resources that satisfies current needs without compromising needs or options of future generations
sustainability
a theory or model about how something should be done, made or conceived
