A

The repression of crime should be the most important function of the criminal justice system. It should be as fast as possible to avoid a backlog. Get things done as fast as possible with strict and harsh punishments. “Conveyor belt model” or “Assembly - line justice”

A

To make it easier to investigate, arrest, search, seize and convict. Also easier to repress crime. The crime control model believes that repression of crime should be the most important function of the criminal justice system because order is a necessary condition for a free society.
