A

Done daily
helps decrease the plaque build up
Remove 18-24 inch and wind it up around index finger until there is 1 inch of floss between your two fingers
round the floss into a C shape and into gum line

A

slide your index fingers along the top gum line all the way till the gum line
once you feel the end of the denture plate hook your finger around it
pull down if it is a top plate
push up if its a bottom plate

Once plates are cleaned keep the denutrs in cup of place in mouth

Eletric razor proper usage

A

make sure it is clean
take screen off and look inside
once clean place screen on
turn the razor on and using a flat head razor gently moved across skin
moving in direction of hair growth
move razor downward over the cheeks, upper lip, chin, and upward over neck
if has multiple heads: use a circular patter to shave face and neck
clean screen and plug in for next use
