S.M.A.R.T. goals: are a set of specific goals to accomplish
Gather materials: the materials needed to study as notes from lectures, handouts, or even the digital toolbox
Study environments: these are the environments that can help you study like libraries, coffee shops, or outside places where you don’t want to fall asleep make sure there are few distractions do not study on ur bed or couch because your brain will think bed is equal to studying

Perseverance and staying motivated
Reward success: the reward you get for completing a task
Visualization: can be effective when trying to complete a goal
Keep your goals to yourself: this is helpful when going forward
Recharge both mentally and physically : stopping and taking a break helps you be motivated you can do a ten min walk, jumping jacks, or meditation if a longer break is recommended to Recharge spending time alone or spending time with people can motivate you
Creating study materials
Take notes from online resources, lecture notes, and readings
Lecture notes: the notes taken at lectures
Reading notes: taken when reading a passage
Online resources: resources found online be sure to check the credibility
