emphasizing on a specific message or goal at a time, rather than to achieve too much at once
clarity
implies being particular and clear rather than fuzzy and general; strengthens the confidence
concreteness
implies that the message should show the sender’s expressions as well as showing respect to the receiver, sender should be sincerely polite, judicious, reflective, and enthusiastic
courtesy
no grammatical errors in communication
