DBC
Defense Business Council (DBC). The DBC provides advice to the Secretary of Defense on developing the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA), reengineering the Department’s business processes, developing and deploying business systems, and developing requirements for business systems. It is the requirements validation authority for business systems.
DAB
Defense Acquisition Board (DAB). The DAB provides advice to the Defense Acquisition Executive (DAE) or designee on critical decisions concerning acquisition programs.
