ADVOKATE
- Amount of time the person was under observation
- Distance between witness and person observed
- Visibility - state of light
- Obstructions - interreference with observation (something blocking the view?)
- Known - whether witness had seen person before? And how long?
- Any reason to Remember the person?
- Time between observation and police ID procedure/ time of writing down
- Errors - any significant difference between the description the witness gave to the police and the appearance of the person observed
