A

Ge: sitting erect with humerus abducted at 90

Prone. “Arms straight out, bend elbow. Raise elbow towards ceiling.”

(Similar to shoulder abduction)

A

Ge: sifted erect with humerus flexed at 90

Supine. Raise arms towards ceiling, bend elbow with hand towards ears.

Push elbows down.

A

Ge: sidelying with arm along side in mid position, OT support under elbow.

Seated. Raise arm over head. Come down mid position.

Supine. Abducted at 90. Raise arm away (palms touching thigh) from body and back to side. Pull humerus stabilize shoulder.

Similar to scapular adduction. Prone. Arm out elbow 90 shoulder off mat. Raise elbow towards ceiling. Push down humerus.

Supine. Have patient cross chest. Pull at distal humerus stabilize shoulder.
