Position: forearm pronated
Primary Muscle: extensor carpi radialis (longus & brevis), extensor carpi ulnaris
Secondary muscle: extensor digitorum, extensor digit minimi extensor indicis
Grade 2: ulnar Side of arm resting on table
MCP FL
Position: forearm supinated
Primary Muscles: palmar interossei, lumbar I also, dorsal interossi
Secondary Muscles: flexor digitorum (superficialis and profundus), flexor digits minimi brevis, opponents digit minimi extensor digit minimi
Grade 2: neutral on ulnar side
Compensation: wrist flexion

Position: forearm is pronated and supported
