REACTIVE Arthritis- eg. C.Diff (2-4 wks ) post GI infection, or Shigella . from an over zealous immune system. give NSAIDS
INFECTIVE Arthritis- eg. Lime disease, Gonoccocal. Give Antibiotics

Ask for Hypothyroidism coz its a precipitating factor.
hemochromatosis too !!
Over 70yrs–> at risk for CPPD.
