Mimosa
(champagne flute)
- 2.5 oz champagne
- 2.5 oz orange juice
Combine equal parts of the ingredients in a champagne flute.
Gin and Tonic
(rocks glass)
- 2 oz gin
- 4 to 6 oz tonic water
Add gin and tonic to a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Greyhound
(Tall glass)
- 2 oz vodka or gin
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
-lime wedge garnish
Add vodka and grapefruit juice to a glass over ice. Stir until mixed. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Kir Royale
(champagne flute)
- .5 oz creme de cassis
- Champagne, to top (or another sparkling wine)
Bellini
(champagne glass)
- 1.5 oz fresh white peach puree
- Prosecco, to top
Pour the peach puree into a Champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice, if you so desire.
Death in the Afternoon
(cocktail glass/champagne flute)
- 1.5 oz absinthe
- About 4.5 oz chilled Champagne
Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and top with Champagne until cloudy.
Screwdriver
- 1 to 2 oz vodka
- Freshly squeezed orange juice, to top*
Pour the vodka over ice in a glass. Top with orange juice. Garnish with an orange twist.
*It’s usually 2 parts orange juice to 1 part vodka, but use more orange juice if it’s the first time you’re trying it!
