2 oz Bourbon/Rye Whiskey
.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angustura Bitters

Prep:
w/cubes: muddle cubes w/bitters and water until dissolved
w/Simp. Syr:
Have ice in stir glass, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.

2 oz Tequila (blanco or reposado-preferred)
3 oz Grapefruit Soda
3/4 oz grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lime juice
pinch of salt
lime wedge
tajin and chamoy

Prep:
Soak clay cup in cold water for 10 minutes
Rim cup with Tajin/chamoy
Add tequila, JUICES and salt into shaker and shake until well-chilled
Strain into cantarito cup over ice
top w/grapefruit soda and stir briefly and gently

Dump hot water, pour in coffee

1 tbsp hot chocolate powder
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of chili powder
whipped cream

Prep:
in a heat resistant cup, pour hot chocolate powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and chili powder.
add hot water and stir
let cool for a few minutes and add cognac and coffee liq.

Combine the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), horseradish, celery salt, and black pepper in a tall glass. Stir well to combine. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and stir once again. Garnish with a piece of celery and bacon in the glass and a skewer of chopped pickles, cherry tomatoes, and green olives, if desired.

  • 1 oz espresso (or cold brew coffee concentrate)

In a cocktail shaker, one-half full of ice, combine the vodka, coffee liquor, espresso, and simple syrup. Shake very well, until a layer of foam develops on the surface of the liquid. Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass and top with coffee beans to garnish, if desired.
