how long to wait before taking gtn post sidalafil/ tadalafil?
Sublingual GTN spray is one of the most commonly used PRN nitrate medications; it should not be used within 24 hours of taking sildenafil or vardenafil and within 48 hours of taking tadalafil.

- avoid trig (Allergen, Bronch infection, Cold, Drugs, Emotion,Exercise, Food, GORD, Hormone, Irritant, Job)
- Main best lung f(x)
- Asthma action plan
- Educate and review
severity of asthma
Intermittent- 2x/month night
persistent mod- daily sx, weekly night
persist severe- continuous, frequent night
angina mx- meds
aspirin, gtn prn
then beta block plus long acting gtn
then CCB
