A

Mostly asymptomatic
Onset of HF Symptoms may occur after 16 yrs
SOB, Odema, Fatigue

A

Pan Systolic Blowing murmur, hear loudest in 5th ICS MCL, Radiating to axilla
Reduced S1 sound (Mitral valve doesnt shut completely)
