Mission is the task together with the purpose that clearly indicates the action to be taken.
Enemy
Enemy is defining who is the opposing force, its capabilities, vulnerabilities and doctrine.
Terrain and weather
Terrain and weather include natural and man-made features, temperature and other climate considerations.
Troops and Support available
Troops and support available is the number, type, capabilities and condition of available friendly troops and support
Time Available
Time available is the time available for planning, preparing and executing tasks and operations.
Civil Considerations
Civil Considerations the influence of manmade infrastructure, civilian institutions, and activities of the civilian leaders within an OE.
