Decorticate is serious.
Decerebrate is seriouser.
Decorticate is upper midbrain lesions, while decerebrate is lower midbrain/pons.

LP to confirm intracranial HTN - CT/MRI will be normal.
Acetazolamide will reduce formation of CSF; repeated LP will lower pressure.
