A firearm (other than a pistol) that is:
- semi automatic having a folding or telescopic butt, or a magazine designed to hold 0.22inch rimfire cartridges that is detachable, or has bayonet lugs, or has a flash supressor

Means any forearm that is designed or adapted to be held and fired with one hand; and includes any forearm that is less than 762mm in length
