Any firearm that is designed or adapted to be held and fired with one hand and includes any firearm that is less than 762mm in length

Restricted Weapon

Answer 2

Any weapon, whether firearm or not, declared by the government by order in council made under section 4 of this act to be a restricted weapon.

Question 3

Specified Pre-charged Pneumatic Air Rifles

Answer 3

Unless in the context otherwise requires, means pre-charged pneumatic air rifles that are not for use in airsoft or paintball sports

Question 4

Specially dangerous airgun

Answer 4

Any airgun declared by the Governor General, by Oreer in COuncil made under S.4 of this Act (Arms Act 1983), to be a specially dangerous airgun

Question 5

Restricted weapon schedule

Answer 5

1) Anti tank projectors and ammunition therefore
2) Grenade dischargers, grenade launchers and grenadess containing explosives
3) Incendiary grenades incl Molotov cocktail
4) machine carbines or guns, submachine carbines or gun and machine pistols, of any kind incl gas or air operated, including all other firearms capable of full automatic fire
5) Mines of an explosive nature or any kind therefore
6) Mortars of military kinds and ammunition therefore
7) Rocket launchers and ammunition therefore
8) Any other device ……..
9) Any gas, substance, material, or thing specifically intended or adapted for use in conjunction with any firearm, weapon, or device specified in clause 8 of this schedule

Question 6

Occupier or Driver deemed to be in possession

Answer 6

FOr the purposes of this act, every person in occupation of any land or building, or the driver of any motor vehicle shall be deemed to be in possession of any item found, though not to the exclusion of the liability if any other person, unless he proves that it was not his property and that it was in the possession of some other person
