To properly run through a social history you need to go through their day
AKA Sleep, getting up, any dizziness, trouble walking, stairs in the house, nutrition, exercise, work and stress, family, smoking, drinking, drugs, sexual hx (if applicable)
Frothy haemoptysis is seen in?

What is the best way to assess for cachexia

Any patients taking inhaled steroids such as asthmatics and COPD patients need some advice regarding administering steroids. What is it?
