What is an ADR, which one do we use at Les A, and how is this chosen?

ADR is an Alternate Dispute Resolution provider.
Les A use IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) who meet the GC’s additional standards (as published in October 2018).

A
- No supply of alcohol may be made at a time when there is no DPS in respect of the premises licence, or at a time when the DPS does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- Alcohol sales must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
