A
The presence of human chorionic gonadotropin = pregnancy

Differentiate between “clean catch” and “mid-stream” urine. (2)
A
- Clean catch → clean genitals with towelette and pee into urine bottle
- Mid-stream → pee into the toilet, then the bottle, then the toilet to finish
