What are good indicators of how many points are available in a particular section of the essay section?
If the section has many facts or the section raises ambiguity then it is a good sign that this is an area with many possible points
Each issue raises in the call of the question is not necessarily given equal weight.

There are rarely facts in the fact pattern that have no use. If you can’t immediately see the use, take a moment while outlining to consider what you can do with it.

Always consider what the other side would argue when you are arguing for one side.

Use white space by skipping lines between paragraphs and issues to make it easy for the grader to read.

The conclusion can often go either way. All that matters is that the conclusion is consistent with your analysis.
However there is often a right answer in professional responsibility.
For PR, mention that confidentiality may be a problem whenever you are faced with a conflict of interest. Do this even if the facts do not indicate that this duty has yet been violated,
