What are pregnancy risks associated with Asherman’s syndrome?
A
miscarriage, stillbirth or placenta previa/abnormal placentation, cervical incompetency, FGR, PTB, uterine rupture, preeclampsia, heavy bleeding and c-section delivery.

Define warfarin embryopathy
A
generally contraindicated in 1T with doses <5 mg/day with the highest margin of safety, crosses placenta, nasal hypoplasia/depressed nasal bridge, ophthalmologic abnormalities, MR, epiphyseal stippling, CNS, IUGR)
