explores Leadership, Air Power studies, Welfare Management, Command and Control. A Continuation from term 1 academics, with an end of term exam and air power related essay. Another key element is Ex Commanders Edge, a Leadership, Command and control Practical on week 3

is designed to develop recruits from officer cadets to junior officers. Putting into practice the skills learnt in the previous two terms, with Ex ASTRA EDGE, a pinnacle leadership ex, simulating a large-scale air operation and culminating with and Graduation on week 6
