What = focuses on thoughts at time of experience
So what = consider significance of what happened + values and feelings at the time of + prompted by the experience + why these influence future learning / actions
Now what = looks at processes + opportunities that can help learning from the experience + identifying future actions , reflection on actions + how to use these to develop further

Mediated through sympathetic NS.
Impaired immunity, atherosclerosis, metabolic syndrome, bone demineralization
Atrophy if nerve cells in the brain
^ hippocampal formation - learning and memory
^ prefrontal cortex - working memory , executive function
Growth of amygdala = mediates fear response
^^ seen in chronic depression and anxiety

Psychological stress assoiciated with hgier oxidative stress + lower telomerase activity = shorter telomere
^^ affects cells death / longetivity
Result = EARLIER AGE RELATED DISEASES
