What is depression?
Feeling lower than usual for a really long time and it taking a toll on your social life.
What are signs of depression?
The main signs of depression include feeling sad constantly or empty, angry outbursts, sleep disturbance and loss of interest in everyday activities.
What is Anxiety?
It becomes an issue when worry or fear starts to interfere with your day-to-day life.
What are signs of Anxiety?
The main signs of anxiety include being restless, easily fatigued, having trouble concentrating, being irritated and signs of sleeping problems.
What is Stigma?
Stigma is when someone views you in a negative way because you have a distinguishing characteristic or personal trait that’s thought to be, or actually is, a disadvantage
What is bulimia ?
An eating disorder characterised by regular, often secretive bouts of overeating followed by self-induced vomiting or purging, strict dieting, or extreme exercise, associated with persistent and excessive concern with body weight.
What are signs of bulimia?
Frequent visits to the bathroom, particularly after meals, Excessive exercising, Preoccupation with body image, Intense fear of gaining weight, Depression, anxiety or substance abuse, Feeling out of control, Feeling guilty or shameful about eating.
What is bipolar?
Bipolar disorder is when you experience extreme highs and extreme lows in your mood.
What are the signs of bipolar?
Abnormally upbeat, jumpy or wired. Increased activity, energy or agitation. Exaggerated sense of well-being and self-confidence
Whats is psychosis?
A severe mental condition in which thought and emotions are so affected that contact is lost with external reality.
What are the signs of psychosis?
Hear, see, or taste things others don’t, Hang on to unusual beliefs or thoughts, no matter what others say, Pull away from family and friends, Stop taking care of yourself, Not be able to think clearly or pay attention.
