A

“God is spirit” God’s spirituality means that God exists as a being that is not made of any matter, has no parts or dimensions, is unable to be perceived by our bodily senses, and is more excellent than any other kid of existence. (Communicable attribute because humans are made up of body spirit)

A

When all the facts are rightly understood, there will be no final conflict between scripture and natural science. This is because God, who speaks in scripture knows all facts, and He has not spoken in a way that would contradict any true fact in the universe

God uses evil for His purposes but He never does evil and is not blamed for it.

A

God’s image is distorted but not lost. However, since man has sinned, he is certainly not as fully like God as he was before. His moral purity has been lost and his sinful character certainly does not reflect God’s holiness

Inherited guilt: We are counted guilty because of Adam’s sin.

Inherited corruption: We have a sinful nature because of Adam’s sin

The atonement is the work of Christ did in his life and death to earn our salvation.

Christ’s resurrection insures our regeneration. Christ’s resurrection insures our justification.: Jesus was put to death for our trespasses and raised for our justification.

A

-Christ’s going up into heaven foreshadows our future ascension into heaven with him.

-Gives us assurance that our final home will be in heaven with Him

-Our union in Christ in his ascension we are able to share now in Christ’s authority over the universe and we will later share in it more fully

A

Yes. God gives what is called common grace which is the grace of God by which He gives innumerable blessings that are not part of salvation.
