Differences between Capitalism and Socialism
Capitalism: War is good, business based economy, people own means of production, $$$ based on merit (how hard you work), supply demand, competition
Socialism: aims to lower worker exploitation and eliminate economic classes. government owns means of production. workers work together towards the collective goal and share among each other.
Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly (peaceful), and Petition.

Amendment II
No unreasonable searches or seizures without probable cause/warrant.
Amendment IV
House action bringing formal charges against a member of the executive branch or the federal judiciary that may or may not lead to removal from office my the senate.; how does it work?
Impeachment; The House of Representatives convict the president, the Senate tries the case. two-thirds majority of the votes will result in Impeachment.
How do we amend the constitution?
Whenever two-thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to the constitution or call a Convention on the Application of the Legislatures of two-thirds of the several States.
Habeus Corpus
The legal doctrine that a person who is arrested must have a timely hearing before a judge.
Full faith and Credit clause
The provision in Article IV, section 1 of the Constitution which provides that states must respect the public acts, laws, and judicial rulings of other states.
Radical
Left Wing characterized by being unhappy, preferring socialism, leans to war for problem solving, and preferring government to play a big role.
Liberal
Mid-Left Wing characterized by being generally happy, a reformer (change laws), government playing a big role, democrats, societal responsibility
Conservative
Mostly happy, little change to laws, government plays small role, individualism, republican.
Reactionary
unhappy, want to change everything to the way things were, racism, supreme individualism, military, violence, KKK, Nazi
