Black, dark blue, brown or dark gray. A ministerial robe may be worn for a wedding; it is not mandatory.
How should a minister handle a conflict or a complaint from a congregant?
There should be no dialogue with a congregant regarding a conflict or complaint. The congregant should be advised at that moment that the Pastoral Care Supervisor would be calling him or her.
What should each pastoral care vehicle contain?

In what time frame must a bereavement visit be done?
ASAP when the information is forwarded to you, or within 24 hours.
What is the purpose of a bereavement visit?
- Express condolences on behalf of Bishop and the First Family and the WOF church family.
- Clearly communicate the services WOF offers and the policies.
- Assist the family in making arrangements for the services.
When should the Officiating Minister arrive at the Homegoing site?
One hour before the family hour.
What should the Officiating Minister always provide visiting clergy assisting with a Homegoing Service?
Clear boundaries.
How long should the eulogy be?
It should be no longer than 20 minutes.
- In a funeral processional to the cemetery, which car should the Pastoral Care Minister drive behind?
The minister should drive behind the hearse.
When should the Pastoral Care Minister arrive at an Appearance?
15 minutes before the family hour begins.

Only after the minister in charge has invited them up to speak.

To demonstrate that WOFICC has not forgotten about them and to obtain information regarding any changes in the patient’s condition
Explain what a “Home Visit” is?
This type of visit does not pertain to a medical problem. The most common request is for a “home-blessing” or to bless their business.
What is required to be married at Faith4life or by a Faith4life minister?
The couple must have a Pre-Marital Class certificate on file with the scheduler and coordinator.
The certificate must have been issued a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduling the wedding, whether on-site or off-site.
What color ink must be used to complete the Marriage License?
Black ink.
How many days does the church has to file the marriage license before it is null and void?
10 days.
What type of emergencies is the emergency pager for?
Medical and bereavement emergencies.
