To be/have aischos is to be the worst/awful

Both mean illegitimate son. i,e. a bastard. Cyrnus is the bastard son of Polypas

Cyrnus’ father Polypas sounds a lot like this word. this is mean to mean that Cyrnus is the son of an incredibly wealthy man.
